Chairman & Chief Executive: Wayne Lochner
Wayne has vast experience within traditional telephone brokerage. He was CEO & MD (Middle East & Asia) of MAI plc (now United News & Media). Prior to that, Wayne spent fifteen years with money broker MW Marshall & Co. He held positions including Group Treasurer and Managing Director to the Tokyo office. In the mid-1990's he founded the internet services company that became Affinity Internet Holdings PLC, the fastest-growing AIM share ever. As Chief Executive of Affinity, Wayne was awarded the Ernst & Young 2000 E-Business Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Non-Executive Director: Derek Tullett CBE Honours DSc
Derek was the founder and chairman of Tullett & Liberty from 1971-2004. In this role he gained vast experience in the brokerage market across a broad product spectrum. Derek stepped down from this role after completing the successful sale of the Tullett Liberty Group to Collins Stewart PLC in 2004. Derek served on the Bank of England's Joint Standing Committee and is a past Chairman of the Foreign Exchange and Broker Association. Derek is currently chairman of NEW9TO5.Com.
Non-Executive Director: Eddie Jordan
Following a successful racing career, Eddie founded his own team, Eddie Jordan Racing in 1980 and entered Formula One as Jordan Grand Prix in 1990. The team scored their first victory in 1998 with Damon Hill and went on to score further victories prior to Eddie selling the team in January 2005. In addition to a number of private business interests, Eddie currently writes a column for F1 Racing magazine, and has recently been involved in a television series which offered young offenders the opportunity to train as mechanics.
Non-Executive Director: Brian Kaye
Brian is an experienced international commodities and money market broker having spent over 26 years working for Lloyds Bank and Societe General. At Lloyds he undertook a series of international roles with their Treasury department in France, Singapore, and Tokyo. During his time at Societe General Brian chaired the group's futures and options brokerage facility and was Global Head of the bank's commodities division. Brian retired at the end of 2002, since then his time has been taken up advising and investing in a number of businesses.
